Operations

Die Lösung von Waynova verbindet alle Rangiervorgänge – von der Zugankunft über Wagenbewegungen und Beladestellen bis hin zur Gleisbelegung – in einem einheitlichen System. Die Disponenten verfügen stets über einen Echtzeit-Überblick über Wagen, Abfolge, Status und technische Details, während mobile Apps die Rangierteams direkt vor Ort unterstützen, einschließlich der Abwicklung beschädigter Wagen. Alle Beteiligten verfügen über dieselben aktuellen Informationen, wodurch manueller Aufwand und Koordinationsaufwand reduziert werden. Gleichzeitig ermöglicht die Lösung von Waynova flexible Reaktionen auf Abweichungen vom Fahrplan, wobei jede Bewegung transparent dokumentiert und vollständig erfasst wird.

Rechnungsstellung

Die abrechnungsrelevanten Vorgänge im Wechselprozess werden genau dokumentiert und für die Abrechnung bereitgestellt. Grundlage für die Abrechnung bilden die gespeicherten Verträge mit den vereinbarten Konditionen. Bei Bedarf können auch unvollständige oder nicht erfasste Leistungen manuell hinzugefügt werden.
