ECM-compliant documentation
With zedas®asset by Waynova, you manage all ECM-relevant processes and documentation in one integrated system – transparent, traceable and audit-ready at any time.
We support ECM-compliant maintenance processes from ECM 2–4. The verification according to the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/779 is done automatically. The performing personnel, used materials and resources, the required time and measured values are documented in an audit-proof manner as part of the order processing. Personnel and equipment are managed directly in the system. The validity of qualifications and certificates can be monitored.

Our solution is built from the ground up to support FRA regulatory compliance for all major rail assets. It meets the Federal Railroad Administration’s requirements out of the box, with pre-configured inspection forms and tests aligned with key FRA codes (Parts 213, 234, 236, and 237).

Connection to third-party systems
Data from third-party systems are imported into the solution via interfaces and are then available for central data processing. Electronic data exchange with peripheral systems decisively supports your business processes by reducing the effort required to obtain information. Waynovas solution already offers numerous standard interfaces that significantly reduce the implementation effort. Individual interfaces to third-party systems are provided on request.
