Operations

Waynova's solution connects all switching operations in one coherent system from train arrival to railcar movements, loading points and track occupancy. Dispatchers always work with a real-time overview of railcars, sequences, status and technical details, while mobile apps support switching crews directly on site, including damaged railcar handling. All parties involved share the same up-to-date information, reducing manual work and coordination effort. At the same time, Waynova's solution enables flexible reactions to schedule deviations, with every movement transparently documented and fully accounted for.

Billing

The billing-relevant transactions in the switching process are precisely documented and made available for billing. The basis for billing is formed by the stored contracts with the agreed conditions. If necessary, incomplete or not recorded services can also be added manually. Invoicing, including cancellation and credit notes, is made after release. If desired, prepared data can be transferred to external systems via interfaces.

Analytics

Waynova's solution provides meaningful management information based on the data collected in the system during operation. The well-founded key figures and analyses enable the evaluation of the profitability of services provided. Standardized and individual evaluations provide information on cost drivers and potential for improvement. In addition, reports can be created on a time-controlled basis and automatically sent or exported.
