1. Calculation
You calculate every cost component of a train service in one place. Instead of pulling figures from separate spreadsheets, you build and compare costing variants quickly.
That way you go into the bid with a competitive quote and know your cost base from the start.
2. Contract
All contract and order information sits centrally and is available for every step that follows: production scheme, delivery volumes, quality targets. The agreed rules for sending messages and documents are defined once. From then on, the system informs your customers automatically about wagon placement, train departure or delays. That saves you follow-up calls and builds confidence in your service.
3. Planning
Your planners and dispatchers prepare scheduled and ad hoc services in the same interface. They see resource utilisation at a glance and spot free capacity immediately. Working time regulations, collective agreements, qualifications and authorisations are checked by the software automatically. So your team does not have to keep track of what is already in the system, and you make better use of the resources you have.
4. Operation
The central graphical overview shows your operations management where orders and trains stand at any moment. You see deviations between plan and actual while you can still act on them. Customers and partners receive train information in real time on request. On the train, mobile apps support train preparation, damaged wagon management and the recording of actual times. Your control centre stays able to act, even when the day does not go to plan.
5. Billing
Everything recorded during operations is posted to the order automatically and passed on to billing. You invoice faster, and your customers receive an invoice they can follow. Automated staff time accounts make payroll considerably easier. On request, prepared data goes to your third-party systems through interfaces.
6. Controlling
As soon as a service has been performed, target-actual comparisons, post-costing, statistics and key figures are ready. You can see which services pay off and where costs arise that nobody planned for.
